  • 300 g linguine
  • 250 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  • Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  • Pour in fresh lemon juice and stir gently to combine.
  • Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp as they become rubbery quickly. Always use fresh lemon juice and reserve pasta water to achieve a silky sauce texture.
