  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 chicken breast grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grill the chicken breast over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve a small amount of pasta water.
  • Transfer the hot pasta to a large bowl and add sliced grilled chicken and cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor and avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it juicy and tender.
