Instructions
Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add grated Parmesan gradually while stirring until melted and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper, then toss cooked pasta in the sauce.
Add reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency. Serve immediately garnished with parsley.
Notes
Always use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and flavor. Avoid boiling the sauce to prevent separation.
